We want you to love your TOST pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help💋

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. All returned pieces must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

 

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

 

• For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are final sale for change-of-mind returns, where permitted by law.

 

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right at no additional cost to you.

To request a return, contact us before shipping your items back.

• All returns must be approved and processed by our team before sending any items back. Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment or store credit within 3–5 business days, depending on your request. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
